Lisbon - Night

$300.00

This classic crewneck honors the Portuguese for sharing their prized merino sheep with Vermont in 1811. Napolean was raiding Europe, so William Jarvis was granted permission to let a small flock escape to Weathersfield, Vermont, starting The Great Wool Boom for the state. We blend in alpaca from the internationally acclaimed alpaca farm which now resides in this famous nook of Vermont, Cas-Cad-Nac Farm, yielding a buttery soft fabric.

We garment dye our products in small batches so slight color variations should be expected. Every piece is unique.

Because we source from our own small farm and others nearby, minimally process the wool, and assemble all in house, there might be vegetable matter like hay within the knit.
